Torso Length:
Torso length is the distance from the top part of your hip bone (iliac crest) to the top of your shoulder.
40 cm (15.75") or less -- Short torso
40 cm (15.75") or more -- Long torso

Hip Belt Size:
Measure around your back from hip-bone to hip-bone (the front part of hip-bone (iliac crest)).
55 cm (22") or less -- Small size hip belt
55 to 65 cm (22" to 25.5") -- Medium size hip belt
65 cm (25.5") or more -- Large size hip belt

Aarn USA offers flat-rate shipping within the US and Canada regardless of the number of packs you order. We generally ship via FedEx Ground Home Delivery or USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail. See the chart below for prices.

If you order only a set of lasso loc straps or other small accessory email us first for a custom invoice with a discounted shipping rate. For overnight or expedited delivery please email us.
For shipping outside the US and Canada please contact us prior to ordering. There may be a local Aarn retailer or distributor in your area.
Return/Exchange Policy:
We want you to love your new Aarn Bodypack. If you are not satisfied with your Aarn pack for any reason you can return it, in saleable condition, within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price.
If you need to exchange a pack or it's detachable hip belt for a different size you pay only the shipping cost.
Guarantee:
Our products are guaranteed by the manufacturer, Aarn Design, against defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years to the original purchaser.
This warranty does not cover damage due to wear and tear, abuse, accidents and other mistreatment for which the product was not designed. If a product fails due to a manufacturing fault, Aarn Design will repair it free of charge or replace it at the company's discretion. If a replacement is necessary, a deduction based in usage may be made. If the product fails for other reasons, we will repair it for a reasonable charge. While the product is guaranteed by the manufacturer, Aarn North America (the US distributor) will facilitate warranty claims on behalf of US customers.
